You should get the kids a swing set and sandbox. Nice ones are available used on Offerup/Marketplace/CL for cheap. I can visualize yourself loving a greenhouse for gardening. So many plants can thrive in a contained environment.

We are still on the fence with the swing set but the definitely building sandbox hopefully next year. Greenhouse is in my wishlist 😁.
