Hi Julian, must see you soon about driving, really happy with my irons but I am now driving with a slice.. having to put on an extra strong grip to get it going with a draw. Nearly under a 100 and everyone is saying how much I have improved.. me and the boss will try and see you next month and maybe I can work on my driver... thanks so much ...

Your putting grip is left hand low which you don't do for the chip shot. So I presume you're describing a general putting grip for chips. That's fine I suppose. I've been looking at your videos on a rainy Parisian afternoon, and I must say you've really managed to own your swing. Congratulations for that, and your clear teaching. Bonne continuation!

working so hard julian to do this, always tried to hard to have shaft lean and through tension left face open at impact and hooked hands over late. I'm still working on allowing that release and club face to rotate through, it a brain thing, I do it right every other shot so half my round was superb yesterday. More practice needed to do it most times, such a hard habit to remove completely especially on tight holes.

Julian , after hurting my lower back the other day I am planning on really trying to make your swing work for me. Do you have some slow motion videos of your swing? I really like what I am seeing in the swing. At 63 I need a better approach to save the back.

I find that when hitting bunker shots where your feet are on a slope, you are forced to spread your feet 🦶 in order to remain parallel to the surface and the ball just forward of centre. Very hard to swing as you demonstrate here. Level sand, no problem.
