Last time I was in that pub was in the late 90's when we were living in Ashtead and we took my cousin who was visiting from Joburg there for lunch. She wasn't impressed. Parkhurst 1- Ashtead 0. I love this video. It's different.

Hah, Wendy...SIGH!!! Many a middle-aged man's fantasy....the woman OWNING the car! I remember a elderly neighbor on my street in the late 1970s here in the USA who used to walk a yorkie dog up our street. His car was a 1967 Impala coupe in the one year only color PLUM! I can picture it parked on my street...he also had a green 1972 Chevrolet Impala coupe but that was usually kept in the drive. I don't recall American cars being this loud from the factory, and surprised that the MOT would be given on this.

buying a car from across the pond blind like this carries a massive risk of you actually not being able to get the car MOTed once it arrives since you don't know the actual condition of the vehicle. it's best to visit the car in person and arrange a freight to the uk if you have the possibilities.
