So sorry for your loss brother. Just know, you'll get through it. She's watching and cheering for you. And one day, you'll be with her again. Try and think about if it were you that passed first... how would you want her to live? That's what she wants for you. Everything with a beating heart will pass one day. She went where we're all headed, she just got there first! Praying for you both 🙏

From a shift of the claim to a shift on the floor has been changed out with a great job at that is a real plus on this ride. Lets fool no one, a lot of thought went in to this ride. Tire pressure has a lot to do with for pulling to one side, just like james4405 said. But she is like I am, lovely old car and full of heart beat for what she is, but she is younger overall than I am. Please give her do, for she is lovely

I don't understand why somebody would check the SS package and not get the 327 for a couple bucks more. I had a dark blue one back in 1984, had the 327 but had the powerslide trans (just joking). poor car was way too heavy for that 2 speed trans. I think it ran 16.30s at the track but was i was having issues with the back barrels not opening up till halfway down the track.

Good eye! It would've originally had a Powerglide or th400. If the car originally came with the 283, it usually had a Powerglide. But not hard to swap in a th350 in place of the original transmission. It would be an upgrade from a Powerglide.

Why? It's got all the Impala SS emblems and the rare rocker moldings which often go missing. Only thing I see wrong is the vertical lines on the grille aren't blacked out like they should be, and the Impala SS grille emblem is in the wrong place.

If it blows a gasket from being floored, I don't want it. I'm glad to see Nick step on it. It shows he's got confidence in his cars. First thing I'm going to do is floor it and see how it responds. It shouldn't hurt a car at all.
