I think Smitty has same or better maybe more tds for him and less for Brown so teams and coordinators don't try to scheme from last year if that makes sense even tho there's a familiar but new OC.

I’m really not worried about defenses scheming for this offense. What are you gonna do? Take away the outside, Philly goedert (I refuse to call him by his first name) gonna kill you over the middle. Check down to rb’s? Even if swift and penny go down I have enough confidence in gainwell as a pass catcher out of the backfield. Run that RPO and make defenses commit to something. This offense is scheme proof. The only thing I worry about is quez’s weak ass hands.

Sherm was a helluva player, one of the smartest DBs and players in general and made up one of the best secondaries of all time. Also got a lot of respect for him cause he was a dude that would stick his head in there and tackle too, but age catches up to everyone at some point, it’s hard to admit sometimes, but respect to Sherm in the clip, he was just being honest.

Dude… Richard had an Achilles injury two years before that. It’s why he couldn’t run as fast. The groin injury happened BECAUSE the way he was having to run after the Achilles was creating a situation where the rest of him was falling apart. Sherman is the man, and for several years there’s no way that scrub (or anyone) could play him.
