The beautiful huge hotels as well as many other places in Dubai have all the air conditioning units and other thing things on the roof that they cover up and make make them so much more pleasant to look at when your in you hotel above and looking down.

People are entitled to their own opinions but respectfully it’s revealing how negative so many of the comments are. The mindset isn’t one of abundance but instead one of scarcity. If you are someone who comes from a wealthy mindset, you’re passive income streams pay for landscaping. Therefore you aren’t stressing over having to manage the property yourself. You hire a landscaping team that could do a better job of maintaining the property than you. Perceived flaws in design can be reimagined and made different if you’re a visionary. As a kid growing up I always thought why should Royalty be the only ones experiencing these types of structures. This is a trophy property to me. A property that says you don’t have to have ROYAL BLOOD to live in or own a place like this if you desire to…dare to dream big! Anyway, just sharing my perceptions of the negative mindsets that are here in the comment sections. Once again, people are of course entitled to their opinions.

Maison surchargée avec trop de détails pour l'œil. Certe c'est luxueux mais ça manque de sobriété et de goût. Faut aimer le style de type baroque replacé à la sauce moderne.. L'escalier est par contre incroyable ainsi que les plafonds en vitraux assez fantastiques. La forme de la demeure n'est pas exceptionnelle non plus et sa surface pour le prix n'est pas si incroyable que ça..
