Finally got a chance to watch this week's video! There seems to be a lot of the boats backing up in this video. 😂😂😂 Hope you and Mills are doing well?

He Jonny. Motoring through trees with a mast up is always a bit risky. Eastwoods wouldn’t be happy. Thanks for the whole video mate 👋👋👋👍

The guy with the replacement boat seemed pretty chilled about it all. Goodness knows how much a mast like that costs and also the tree surgeon that removed the branches too! I always noticed that tree every time I’ve passed it since it happened.

@ hi Jonny, I remember a hire yacht getting the sheet wrapped around a large marker post on Hickling broad. Wendy and me had hired a day boat and I had a right job getting him, it ripped the sail in half with the impact. No doubt you will see loads now you cruising around 👏👏👏👍

Hi Jonny, that mast must have taken a big hit to be damaged that badly, they are very strong things! Great view of the pub at Ludham bridge, the best attraction around there! The young woman pulling very hard on the rope was quite amusing. It’s 20 degrees now and going to about 33 degrees Celsius today. Thank you for another great video. All the best from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺

What pub ?
@scottlewisparsons95513 күн бұрын
@ I have never been to Ludham bridge but I believe that the sort of Tudor building on the opposite bank to where Jonny was filming is a pub. I could be wrong, I can’t visit to check.
@jonnytreehouse3 күн бұрын
@scottlewisparsons9551 it’s a shop opposite, the pub is further down the road.

@@scottlewisparsons9551 I think that I'm almost as old as that fake Tudor building . It might have been a pub at sometime but not in the past fifty plus years . The first time that I and a mate moored at Ludham Bridge was in 1967 and we had a ten minute walk to The Dog pub . I recall that it took twenty minutes to get back and find where we'd moored .
@scottlewisparsons95513 күн бұрын
Thank you Jonny for clearing that up. Is the pub any good?

Another crew who couldn't read or didn't understand what demasting ment

He needs to learn that demasting and dismasting are not the same thing.😢😮
