A SECRET AND THE DOUGH BECOMES LIKE A CLOUD ☁️ JUST ADD ONE INGREDIENT 💖 HERE'S IT

Friends, just one secret and your dough will be like a cloud ☁️Just add this ingredient to your dough!
RECIPE for beautiful rolls with cherry jam:
2 eggs.
salt 1/4 teaspoon.
Sugar 60g.
Mix well.
Add 250 ml of warm milk.
Stir a little.
30 ml vegetable oil.
30g melted butter.
Mix well.
Add 7 g dry yeast.
Stir until the yeast dissolves.
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Mix everything.
Sift 500 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough on the table.
Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
Add more flour if necessary.
The dough is soft and doesn't stick to your hands.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough should rise well.

Put the dough on the table.
Stretch the dough.
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball like I did.

Put 1.5 teaspoons of cherry jam on the dough.
Fold the dough.
Fasten the edges.
Repeat after me.
It's very easy.
The buns are very pretty.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Leave some space between the buns.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Let the baking tray with the buns rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Lubricate the buns with egg yolk.
Sprinkle the buns with poppy seeds like I did.
You can decorate the buns with sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
