I'm really sorry you're going through that. There are a lot of people that dedicate their lives to helping people that are going through what you're going through. Just know that you are not alone in this.

Do a video about medication, pros and cons.. how it helped you and how it didn’t... (if you don’t already have a video about that ☺️)

Do a video about triggers. Maybe triggers in general and how to deal with them/avoid them!
@zleephouse5 жыл бұрын
triggers are the worst. its how you address them and recognize them that helps you cope with, and build strength through them. Acceptance has always been my number one way of coping.

I don't know if you could do a video on this but something that is annoying me if that it seems cool nowadays for people to say they have anxiety and depression. I see it all over Facebook all the time when the person doesn't really have anxiety or depression they may just be a bit nervous or be feeling sad. Something else is the misconception of OCD. i hate when people who like being tidy claim they have OCD or they have to tidy something because they have OCD. They don't, they just like things neat. I have been diagnosed with autism, anxiety, depression and OCD and it really grinds my gears that mental health has become fashiobable when in reality it can be so dibilitating to live with. Its great that there is more awareness and acceptance of mental health but some people take it too far

I love how you find so many ways to keep going and create new ways of staying upbeat and happy. you're such a strong person and really inspire me to get better, although I haven't gone through nearly as much as you have, I feel you've still got all the strength and more than what I have. I love you!!❤︎

This is super weird to say but you have the perfect nose. JS. Also your positivity is infectious. And you can tell it is genuine and heartfelt. You don't fake your emotions or experiences and that is truly the most endearing thing a person can do.

read 'emotional intelligence' by Daniel Coleman. it uses science and facts to address the two "minds": rational and emotional. helped me rationalize my impulsive tendencies.

I’d like it if you could film a ‘pep talk’ style video to motivate me to stick around even when I’m in crisis. Many people don’t understand what to say when I’m very ill and it would be good to have someone who has been through it rationalise my thoughts. Love you x

Hey Marie, just to let you know that I am visually impaired in one eye and because in the beginning of the videos you put quotes. I am struggling to read them because of the pastel background.
