You anyways work hard everyday. Try to simplify food habits and make/fresh veggies with planning.rather than frozen. Even chana , rajma etc. Soak overnight and make next day. You can keep some aside to put in chats, salad etc. But no need to freeze, blanch etc when you can have fresh.
