My elder son secured a seat in AIIMS delhi last year and studying medicine and he is also a subscriber to your channel just like me. We both are big fans of yours.....i told my son to be like you after he completes his course. I am sure he will.....i dont want him to become just a doctor but a GOOD DOCTOR just like you.

Love this mind body connection tangent doc. It is very much overlooked in modern medicine. A true "vaithiyar" looks at the cause. I'm glad you are out here doing whatever u are doing. We need more modern medicine doctors to think holistically. It always occurs to me that the rapid change in human diet and life quality in the last few decades is too quick for both our bodies and minds to adjust. It is as difficult to maintain mental health as it is to maintain physical health. Many of us see videos on gratitude journaling but seldom are able to continue. Because thanking for what we have seems superficial but fretting about our issues feels normal. True change begins with the mind. The discipline to continue writing, fasting or working out. I guess that attitudinal and circumstantial aspect of health places a huge role in prevention and recovery from ailments. ❤ Keep continuing your good work doc

Thank you Dr.Pal! Really appreciate this video - when my American friends says they write Gratitude Journal I personally didn't understand the importance of this . Now, after watching your video I can clearly sense how important it could be to write a gratitude journal! Mind - Gut connection matters!

Exactly 100% true... After i started journaling i felt satisfaction each day.. I peacefully sleep at night.. It helps me to reduce my weight and maintain my fitness journey

I took around 10 tablets a day for various complaints. But when I practiced intermittent fasting I received from many complaints and tablets numbers also reduced. Thank you for your immense service. Your videos are valuable for me.

Earthern pots are the best to keep maximum nutrition intact ..avoid Aluminium totally..prefer cast iron ..and if not possible then steel ..Avoid cooking at high flame ...use open pan cooking methods for rice and dal and curries ..

Hello Dr. Pal, I have got inspired by your videos, and have started Intermitant fasting. Actually, I'm fasting 16hrs from 2pm afternoon to next day morning 7am. Usually, i see that for IF, everyone suggest to delay breakfast, but, I'm skipping dinner. Hope its ok. It's been around 15 days, and I have started to see changes in my body. Thanks again Dr.

I'm your loyal subscriber. One thing that helps me is having no filter in life. I'm not talking about quitting filter cigarettes da, I'm talking about having no filter while interacting with your friends and family. Sit in a place where you feel no insecurities about judgements. Sharing things will reduce cortisol levels like how my biriyani disappears quickly while sharing with them. Do what makes you feel happy. I understand we might fail a lot. But at least we failed trying our best. Listen to your Gut sing a soup song and sing along!

Hi Dr Pal, I have just started watching ur videos since 3 days, & I am sooo glad that u have given solution to all my long standing problem for years of belly fat & obesity.I am 56 years old with Thyroid issue. Since last 3 days I have started 7 30 am to 7 30 pm as eating window, I have tried various weight loss program but never could lose belly fat. Ur vidoes r sooo hilarious but drives the point so clearly that even a person like me, who has no idea of medicine or science can understand the biological processes of the gut. Thanks a million raised to infinity for this help. U r truly a messenger from God to help all suffering from no knowledge of the guts & still eating like Saravanakumar. Since I also speak Tamil, it is really a pleasure to hear u tell the disadvantages of indulging too much thru ur friend. ☺ this particular video on gratitude has been soooo well said by you doctor, that it really brought tears in eyes. Dr. Pal, thank you so much for spreading joy and true information through your videos. The only thing I would suggest you is try if you can improve the audio quality of the videos or shorts that you make with the help of very basic but good quality microphones that are available in the market. Sometimes because of the reverb, and wind noise, it's difficult to understand what you are saying. Anyway, the content that you make and the way you present it is remarkable. Thank you so much again :)

It's been 2 year of facing issue got everything anxiety, depression, Panic attack and the worst sleep deprived but hoped things will get better so started doing all postive things playing sports, good diet, less electronic more physical active.. things changed anxiety,dep,,panic gone except better sleep sometimes i get good sleep but sometimes not... any small stress can lead to less sleep. Thanks for info doc i am gona start doing gratitude Journal. Also expectations one vedio on sleep

Hello sir. Ur such a real life superhero..who guides the people to maintain their lifestyle to get better health. Your all video's are soo knowledgeable and comedy too. Sir can u please make a video on the people's who have already suffered from pancreatitis, cholelithiasis, NAFLD, Bypass surgery. Now, how they can reduce their weight and also tell about the pros n cons on them to get betterment in their life so they can live long safel. Hi Dr.Pal, just stumbled upon your channel last week and have been bingeing them ever since as it's fully informative. Started with 10hr night fasting and hopeing to see see good results with weight loss in the long run. Had a question, as you have said the insulin production reduces after sunset, can we eat vegetables like tomato (argued as a fruit) after sunset? Thanks for sharing such information to the world.

I follwed the eating window between 10 am to 6 pm...within a week i saw my weight go from 98 to 94. I do regular exercise and eat mindfully. No fried food, no maida, more protein and less complex carbs. And I drink a lot of water. Target is 83 kgs. Lets see how fast I can reach that so that I can finally go to Goa with a beach body 😅😅

Sir I'm a 3rd year Medical Student from Srilanka. Although I wish and try to have a balanced diet , good sleep and exercise; time is very restricted and stress take most of the part of a Medical student..... 😅😢 We are not able to get atleast good meal per day..... I think in our 20s we should build our both physical and mental health strongly then only we could live a healthy life afterwards. It's really hard to find vegetables and fruits in our provided food everywhere... what advice or alternative meal would you suggest for us.....As a medical student I humbly request you to give advice for MBBS students on "balancing health amidst our study load".
