to be honest it looks like it's a ukraine APC trying to get away from a russian drone attack. That APC is 9K35 Strela-10 carrying short air defense missiles. From the clip, it is shown to be operating alone and looks like it's trying to relocate to another postion and in panic, it crashes into a car. You don't send an air defense APC alone without any support from either tanks or another APC. This kind of air defense should be in the middle or behind the main armor group and remember this is a professional soldier that invades ukraine, invades usual conscript soldiers that Russian employ during the Georgian and Chechnya wars where they don't even know where are the front line and their bases. Plus in this war, every russian tank has a Z marking on its body that could be seen easily as russian doesn't want to shoot its tank or APC.
