I love your content i wish you had the time to make a video that is like a small summary of what an HR should expect to do on every level ( hr assistant, specialist, generalist etc..) and which software does The HR uses to keep up with their employees job and overtime and how to select who needs to to be promoted or terminated like a huge video discussing a bit of everything like which software should we be expecting to work on as a 0 experience and fresh graduated hr 😆😆😆😊😊

Hey, I am about to graduate with a degree in Safety Management and am taking HR and OB classes right now and love them. Do you think A bachelors in Safety Management is considered a “relevant degree” for entry level HR jobs?

Safety is an important part of HR. In smaller organizations you will see safety responsibilities included. However, in larger organizations, there will be a dedicated individual for this role. I think safety is a great place to start and focus on.
