I’m really well thank you, we just went on a super last minute holiday and I have a looooott of video to edit from the holiday and just also enjoying life haha! The difference in your personality, liveliness, reactions/speed in speech And humour has completely flourished and grown the more into recovery you go. It’s crazy to see what anorexia does to us when in the grips. Starved and weak. I remember watching your first videos and following your journey is an eye opener and beautiful to see. I love the banter you now have and it’s inspiring. Well done elzani. Your strength gives hope, your fight in you to change things around is immense, I bet your family are so, so proud. There amazing to you, your very lucky with the support you receive as it’s saved your life but most of all it’s had to come from with in you as no one can ultimately help you, only you can help you. When i was younger my mom used to buy me chicken from the deli section in the supermarket and mini nutella pots and in my lunch id have a container of chicken, 2 slices of bread, and nutella all together and it was soooo good!! can you please try it!!! Elzani!!!!! Haven't been seeing your videos due to your vacation time and the fact that I was out for sometime. Bk- You look beau🌞 yaaaas....mix it up for breakfast well every meal. Wow, the labels are terrible. I live in Quebec, Canada. The calories on most of the food aren't that obvious. How do you proceed ? Do you take the higher calories options, take what you like and try not to view the calorie amount or do you just take it, and say fuck it I need calories to live ? :)
