It is natural since the bicep and forearm is the smaller muscle hence the weakest link. I use straps to go heavier while still ensuring I train my forearms.

Something that might help you is trying not to grip the bar as hard as you can, emphasize your back with a grip just firm enough to “hook” the bar

Sir i think you should start a beginner playlist then a intermediate level in different cycles, it will really be helpful for beginners like me otherwise we have to wonder here and their in youtube for proper guidance, i workout in hostel gym we have a gym instructor but he trains only those who are interested in powerlifting and weightlifting and for me who want to have good physique has to wonder around for good routine that will really work. T-bar rowing ke time mai toh prefer karta hu ki kum weights wali plates zyaada lagau, kyunki badi plates lagane ki wajah se rang of motion pura nahi mil pata.
