Garlic sauce is so popular in the UK,it’s so funny to me as when I left there in 1965,I had never had garlic,59 years, and the world is so different,especially the food that the UK eats.My Dad’s face would have been a picture if my Mom had offered him this dish.

I was born in 1965, I was brought up on just good old English food, I had never really tasted garlic until around 1985, even when I went abroad in the late 70s early 80s I would always look for English food, and then around 1985-86 I started too get more adventurous and really it started from there, know I love trying different foreign foods, still like the English food 😂 But yeah like you say go back 30 years or so my grandparents would of never of thought about it, how times have changed 👍🏻

This is my favourite ready meal ❤ I used to get it from m&s years ago and was hoping it would come to Aldi/Lidl. So happy with this one, had it last night ! Can often get it reduced by 30% in my local store too, so a definate hit ! Thanks Andy 🎉

A bit steep on the price I make this myself but make it a lot thicker with more peppers onions and chorizo sausage and spices and it definitely complements the taste and definitely more than 5 pieces of chicken 👍👍🥔🍗🌶🫑🐷
