Today, I made one of our very favourite Christmas. Marzipan Squares. They were my Dad's favourite Christmas treat, and I made them in his memory. They are delicious! I had a total fail on the crust, and admittedly, I'm the worst pastry maker on planet Earth, but the filling tasted just fine, and my kids didn't mind gnawing through the pastry to get to it! I also made our favourite salad recipe, Bodacious Broccoli salad, which I highly recommend you try if you enjoy broccoli.
