Hi Paul, hope youre feeling better. Theres a lovely circular walk at Little Garve along the Black water. Paddy would love it, its low level but so beautiful. Also a similar one at Rogie Falls. Of course theres Ben Wyvis, but youve maybe done that. Little Wyvis is a decent hike from the same carpark. Not as high but still an upward hike. l have family in Strathpeffer and there are great walks there. My favourite is from the Ben Wyvis Hotel, up KnockFarrel. The views ftom there are awesome. You would be able to recognise some peaks from there. Take care.... Alioban ❤

Just did this munro yesterday .. And should have watched your vid again.. Think you made the right decision to cycle to the shed.. I came back that way and it was far better than Walkhighlands says.. Yeah, I wonder why the wee shed is not the start point on walk highlands? it seems pointless heather bashing from the trees when there is a nice track? Frank and Dave went even further with the bikes and cycled right down to the wee burn! I find that a lot with mileage and ascent being different to WH? I always assumed it was me running back and forth with the camera?
