You guys look more American than I do. Only thing I haven’t done on your trip was seeing the city at night from atop the Empire State Building. That was truly epic. Cheers.

New York is ok, but prices are very high. To see the real America you have to go to smaller cities in the heartland, like Illinois, etc. I am in East Peoria Illinois, it's about a 3 hour drive from Chicago. And it is a great place to live, it's a smaller city with about 40,000 people, Peoria is across the river about 5 miles away with 120,000 people. Over here there is a booming economy, no crime, good food for cheap prices, like Wonderdog has the best chilli dogs for $2.99 each, and home made hot tamales for $2.00. The cost of living is low, and gas is only $3.20 a gallon. The real America is in the smaller places like East Peoria and Peoria, not the big cities like New York.

@@shalakabooyaka1480 NY is a big city, just like Chicago, real America is in the heartland, like Peoria Illinois. Deal with it.
