This first story happened to me about 40 years ago except I didn't lose control. Too many people in the car, one guy was really drunk and sat in the middle beside me. We're cruising down a main road in the middle of the city and the idiot in the middle flips his foot on top of mine and squashes my gas pedal to the floor. He's laughing like an idiot and everyone thinks it's me. I wanted to elbow him but it was all I could do to avoid all the cars we were passing. We fly by a cop and he chases us down. I was clocked at 92 MPH in a 30. Buddy denied it and everybody thought it was me, including the judge. I didn't even try to blame the guy. It would have seemed like a lame attempt to avoid blame. In this story, the super jock's shoe was stuck in the pedals. I'd lay money that's what happened here.

I almost caused an accident while climbing into the middle seat of a large sedan, I put my foot onto the driver's foot and the car started smoking the back tires. My buddy had the car in drive while loading up 5 other people. None of us were intoxicated, we were on our way TO a party. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw the reenactment with the guy sitting on the center console. Both of his feet should have been on the PASSENGER side. Maybe he even grabbed the wheel, who knows?

These are the cases of the 2 Sarah's ? Or Sarah & serah ? 4 years for 4 lives in the 1st case seems way too lenient, given the fact that she was inebriated twice the legal limit meant her judgement was impaired , an intoxicated driver with passengers amounts to reckless endangerment , the anomaly is the male boot on the accelerator peddle. Those with serious injuries incl Sarah will have to look @ the lifelong scars to be reminded of the 4 young lives taken away by a drunk teen behind the wheel ! Is it possible that to have a adult with a breathalyzer present @ these teen parties to ensure the driver is within legal limits of alcohol consumption given that teens are not known for good balanced decisions you throw alcohol in & you got dynamite. The case of the 2nd Sarah/serah is sad. That poor child in total trust of the community as a member of that community felt safe ,she trusted the law enforcement authorities, has society reached a point where young girls can't go out on their own ? Incidents of this type of violent rape is reported across the world in almost every country , it's horrible for any parent to bury their child after having invested emotionally & otherwise in the hope that they will be good productive adults to benefit both society & family & then bear witness to that young body with a incomplete life being turned into ash or burried is just heartbreaking. To think of her last moments on earth & that birthday card & the next day being her mum's birthday! Those 2 poor souls will go thru life racking their brains playing it over & over as to what cud have been done to avoid such a horrible act. Girls shud learn self defense & arm themselves with tazers , ( pepper sprays r not good bec of wind direction) don't allow her death to passby without extracting value from it to save other girls lives.
