@@deevillarreal9475the reason for having life insurance is so that your immediate family; spouse and or kids don't have their life fall apart financially because someone died unexpectedly ..., I'm not sure why you would even have life insurance if you won't leave it to your kids or parents? Or did I not understand what you wrote? Sounds like you wouldn't leave it to anyone - so why pay for it?

Such lenient sentences in some countries 😢
@lisajeter9511
@lisajeter9511 2 ай бұрын
That’s common in Europe. Many Countries talk about the U.S. and how many ppl are in prison. That’s because our Justice System hands down appropriate prison sentences. Out of all the videos I’ve seen when it comes to murders in Europe no one has had to do more than 30 years in prison. Which is a shame. It’s certainly not a sentence to discourage one from doing it again. Even the Justice System in the U.S. isn’t always long enough. But when you intentionally kill someone and found guilty. You will get more than 30 years at a minimum.

Yes, I've heard the UK and Australia are like that. Canada is definitely soft on criminals (we have police and prosecutors who target crime victims who defend themselves, as well as police agencies telling us to leave car key fobs where thieves can easily take them).

Guess who’s paying for those lengthy sentences. They tie up the judicial system with appeal after appeal, when there is clear proof they are guilty. They could be on video, with 10 witnesses, and dna/fingerprints left on the murder weapon, but they’ll argue tooth and nail, it wasn’t them. Then add a greedy lawyer in the mix. Foolishness…The judicial system, in the United States, is just like the political, and medical systems….broken

I’m married to a Narcissist and I don’t trust him to make the best decisions for my medical decisions. So I’ve already given my Medical POWER OF ATTORNEY to a trust worthy person. Which trumps my Husbands decisions immediately. I’ve also provided those people a legal original form of my power of attorney. In the end it cost me very little considering the importance of the decisions.

Sally had so many warnings from Ian and had plenty of time, to make many changes to such things as Life insurance and a new WILL. Especially since she made it so clear to so many how afraid of him she was and she was worried he would kill her. Makes me wonder why she didn’t go to those extra steps.
@gaiagreen2690
@gaiagreen2690 2 ай бұрын
I guess that being afraid of someone you've spent years with and truly believing that they WOULD be capable of actually killing you are two completely different things, especially if that person was not physically violent before. It is in our nature to reject the thought of someone who once loved us having transformed themselves into an actual murderer. That is why I think it is much more plausible that he lured her into his car by telling her that he had thought about things, that he was tired of quarelling, that he had actually accepted the separation on her terms and that he wants them to make it quick and clean. We know that she wasn't forced into the car and nothing other than faked friendliness would have made her forget every fear she had. She believed into an amicable separation, but he had other plans.

He was seeking for attention. Well , he found what he was looking for. So many times life insurances become death sentences. If one wants at all cost to have one , better have one of the parents or a sibling as one and only confident about all. Also , checking on the person to become one's life partner would be a good investment. There are many many gifted psychics,astrologists , numerologists out there and better pay one or two of them before doing what could be the biggest and last mistake of your life. How come he received the money when he denied smn else being in the car and deliberately left his wife be killed in a fire 🤔🤔🤔 ????????

I hate the term "fairytale wedding", it sounds so childish for such a serious topic. Also why did her friend say once she left that thing she was foolish enough to marry , that she was happy for the FIRST time in her life? why?? did she have an unhappy childhood? these people need to check all these silly cliches they just spew out. Instead of leaving YOUR life to the courts and to people who have NEVER met you, her family should have taken it into their own hands and scared him to death or had him hurt so badly he would leave her alone. My family would have done that and I would for my children but then again they would make better choices in a life partner like having a passion in common.

The first case in parts reminds me of a very recent story in Greece, of a mother who killed all three of her children. Clearly, she also suffered from Munchausen syndrome, she presented herself as sick many times, in different situations, but all of them ultimately had a common denominator, to be constantly the center of attention, and especially of one person, her husband. She was cold and calculating in every interview and in general in her behavior, in no way did she have the image of a mother who lost all three of her children in a very short period of time. It's sad and something that definitely needs to be researched, as far as psychology is concerned at least. Maybe there are signs that people should learn and recognize early. Earlier than a tragedy. I don't mean that psychologists and psychiatrists should become magicians, I mean that they should inform the population about signs of mental disorders more often and mainly through mass media. We see way more ads than we can handle, let's see something useful now and then. Finally, I will say that my opinion on such cases is that 30 years in prison will change absolutely nothing. And it's a shame that such people get out of prison again. Unfortunately, the rule of law does not protect the citizen, but bureaucracy and costs.

I’ve literally just got done asking….soooo how many life insurance policies does he have on his wife? The magic number is 10! I might be cynical, but I can also spot a psychopath in 3 minutes. You’ll see more of them when you know the signs. It’s 05:22 seconds in and something tells me she’s not going to be alive long enough to make it to the thirty minute mark.
