New to your site, so this may be somewhere that I have not found yet. But if you haven't, this may be an interesting topic for a video. What is it like to 'sit the bench' in MLB. Do you typically know if you have a chance to play that day or not? How do you stay mentally 'in the game' when I am sure they all start running together. How much warning do you typically get if doing a substitution? How do you transition from observer to participant if you are told to go in? While you probably cannot answer for them, if you had any input for the same type questions for pitchers...both starters and relievers. Seems like the hardest thing to do would be a starting pitcher sitting through a game on their 'day off'

based on what you described, it doesn’t seem like you eat a lot of food.... maybe 3-4 meals... not particularly big ones. I always thought given the amount of work you do on the field, plus the weightlifting, you would eat like 5-6 times per day.... or at least supplement your meals with some protein shakes or meal bars, either your own, or if provided by the ball club (Major Leagues anyway).

pretty much any pro sports u do, ure gonna commit to it everyday for at least 9-10 hours a day. like if ure an nba player, ure going to live, breathe, sleep and eat basketball all day everyday until the offseason, & even then at least 3/4s of your offseason should be spent working out & improving your game.
