It is so easy to make, so adaptable and makes a perfect Christmas Day centrepiece, or a fabulous addition to any buffet. In my Sainsbury’s they are with the rest of the sausages not in the vegan section. It was just by chance I found them . Hope you find them soon . Hx

This may well be our most christmassy video EVER!! LOL We've barely touched it yet, Mum has a bid wedge, Jason has taken an end wedge for lunch at work and the rest will be smashed this week. We had a gorgeous pie and cheesecake over the weekend made for us by one of Jason's former work colleagues so we smashed all that. :) xx

I was thinking - I would make my own seitan sausage (which I discovered was ridiculously easy) and putting as you suggested mushrooms round the sausage in a closer to the original Wellington recipe - I really really dislike cranberries and love mushrooms LOL

I stumbled across your recipe for this last year and made it, it was amazing!! I mostly eat plant based and have done for almost 2 years now, my daughter (9) at the time of making it last year wasn't and still isn't now, she wanted chicken so I made that for her... She left the chicken and wanted this instead ( my granddad ate the chicken so it didn't go to waste :) ) ... I asked her what she wanted this year for Christmas and she immediately asked for your sausage plait... WINNING!! Can't wait to try this version of it, it looks amazing! When I scroll through Facebook I always see people asking what they could make this year and I always point them in your direction for the video on the KZbins haha...
