Movie deadpool or comic deadpool? Comic deadpool can be fun and funny so long as writers don’t fuck it up. As a deadpool fan, movie deadpool is just an insult. All he does is yell “fuck” every five seconds and that’s apparently funny. Not to mention that most of what makes his character funny as well as actually good is nonexistent in the movie. For example in the comic deadpool has 2 extra voices in his head, is actually kind of sad because he knows that he is just a joke mean for our entertainment, is more sad because he actually knows every single bad thing and all the shit he goes to is just entertainment to us (this is all the while still, being normally funny making his character comedic and giving it depth), and he “sleeps around” while still being truly in love with death who he can never be with. In the movies they threw all this out the window, made his “comedy” just him yelling words of profanity (because “oh my fucking god the fucking fuck just fucked my shit up” is hilarious. Not to say profanity isn’t funny, but there has to be something with it. You can’t just say fuck randomly every five seconds for no reason and expect everyone to laugh).

Matt Schnell probably because a shit ton of effort goes into any amount of animation (even one’s this short) and that’s ignoring the voice acting. There’s already a lot of effort that goes into just the editing, writing, voice acting, and etc of the abridged series (notice the wait between episodes). Considering all of their projects and what we the viewers want, it’s probably just not efficient for this to make a whole lot of this type of stuff (not to say they’ll never do something like this again, but it’s unlikely we’ll ever see it frequently or periodically)
