Let me recommend a few things to speed up your learning of the russian language. 1. Watch old Soviet films with english subtitles. Try to repeat aloud some simple phrases of the characters in the film. 2. Watch more old Soviet cartoons with english subtitles. Cartoons-fairy tales of the 50s - 60s are better suited. There is the most correct and slow russian speech. 3. Listen to russian folk songs while trying to sing along to the singer. You need to do this without headphones in order to hear your voice well. 4. Reading all kinds of signs and names greatly speeds up language learning. If you don't understand any of the names, then immediately search for a translation (explanation) on Google. By doing this, you consolidate the receipt of visual information in the brain. 5. Try to communicate more with people. Don't be afraid to be misunderstood. Russian people treat foreigners very well.

@@CashCatz The Soviet Union was self-sufficient. And I could live without fresh avocado. You don’t know anything about this, but I went to school during the Soviet Union in the 70s. And there is no happiness for Russia in a capitalist economy. The USSR only needed to reform its economy (as China did, for example), but not ruin its country by trusting the West. In 2014, Ukraine made the same mistake, once again believing the carrot in the donkey’s face..

Very interesting video, very useful for us, who wants to practice their English ! As for work - you can either work as a an English- speaking guide or an interpreter in Intourist offices, or in hotels, I guess. And you can try to find at least several lessons , but permanent job, as an English teacher in any nearest University on the faculty of foreign languages on the English chair. In Russia they teach English in every University, school, colleges. Just call them to begin with. Best regards.

I think june is a not a season for good apples in our hemisphere, mostly we eat seasonal fruits like now these are strawberries, nectarines, cherry, apricots, plums. Apple season is in late summer-autumn-early winter that is why their overall quality is not so good, probably they are exported from south america 😏

With an American work ethic I’m sure you’ll be fine. God help you 🙏🏻 Yes, all teaching jobs kinda cease to exist in summer. But comes September you’ll be booked! If I may suggest something, try looking for teaching and preparing students for IELTS of TOEFL, or maybe ЕГЭ. Those are standard tests I’m sure you know of them, and they may be lucrative for you to teach. Except for the ЕГЭ, they have speaking parts. Also your Russian will get better soon, so things can only get better. Also owning a business seems less complicated in Russia.

Вам действительно нудно проделать хорошую работу с этим домом, но вы можете из него сделать жемчужину. Большой плюс, это его район и расположение. Вы приобрели скрытый бриллиант. Что касается водоотведения, то два варианта. Во-первых нужно отсыпать на углу участка земли. Приподнять участок. И второе, сделать подпорную стену из бетона (залить опалубку). Заезд для автомобиля естественно придется переделать и приподнять выше. С учетом предстоящего объема работ с домом и участком, это небольшие затраты. Отсечь воду бетонной опалубкой и подсыпать земли. Дренажные колодца и каналы, это бесполезно.

Собственный дом это всегда куча работы, особенно если дом уже довольно старый, так что свободного времени у тебя теперь будет еще меньше. Но русский язык можно учить и в процессе ремонта, главное чтобы рядом был человек со знанием русского и английского. Русский язык, конечно, гораздо сложнее английского, и всяких нюансов типа склонений, падежей и прочих несуразностей (когда книжка на столе лежит, стакан стоит, а птичка сидит), но на базовом уровне общения вполне можно обойтись и без погружения во все эти нюансы, так что надо начинать с простого, алфавит, произношение слогов, базовые разговорные фразы, расширение словарного запаса, больше смотреть фильмов и слушать аудиокниг на русском с английскими субтитрами, чтобы мозг привык "вылавливать" из потока знакомые слова на русском. Короче, дорогу осилит идущий, главное чтобы было желание идти вперед, а оно у тебя явно есть. Так что желаю тебе удачи в этом нелегком деле!

@@molly35ru не то чтобы нравится/не нравится. я не в детском саду чтобы так оценивать. мне интересна его интеграция. но пока я делаю вывод о то, что он "сбежал" со штатов не из-за разницы ценностей, а из-за поверхностного подхода к жизни. что в этом возрасте уже недопустимо. А Россия - это страна с более серьезным отношением к жизни. Поэтому сбежав из штатов и думая. что он решил праблему, он не понимает что наоборот он ее сделал себе в два раза больше)))) Это просто выводы. Но я посмотрю ка кон будет дальше интегрироваться (хотя ине удивлюсь, если сломается - нытья много)

@@molly35ru "термины" - он же Сам Четко сказал что студенты недовольны тем, что он просто болтает. Значит им нужен язык не болтовский, а язык для Профессии! И я бы на его месте залез бы в книги английские и сам бы понял термины и переводил их на русский. НО КАК он будет переводить и объяснять если он НЕ учит русский? Мне вообще не ясно за что ему платить. Эта профессия дает заработок носителю ДВУХ языков - он как мост. А нахрена платить ему за разговор, когда полно ютубовских блогеров и фильмов на которых студент будет учиться сам??? он на Одном языке нихрена не заработает))

@@ДеловаяДеревня-л4м выучить язык СЛУШАЯ блогеров? Так слушать и в школе учат, только говорить после школы мало кто умеет. Общение с носителем как раз и дает возможность учиться разговаривать. Но ищначально комментарий был о видео, к которому довольные или недовольные студенты отношения не имеют. Просто есть люди, которые считают своим долгом писать гадости что в местных пабликах вконтакте, что здесь. У них все плохо всегда и везде.
