These types of comments fuel Eating Disorders - you are not helping, you are harming.* For Christ sake just say something nice or normal. If you’re a new sub watch back through her old vids and learn about her more before thinking she needs your ‘advice’ - she likely has trimmed down showing what she eats after people ridiculing her on how she eats, what she eats, that she talks too much before eating, smelling food etc. etc. The girl can’t win with you lot. She’s a massive foodie and is doing amazingly.

Your determination is admirable. Not everyone understands the accomplishments you have been making lately but I want to make sure you do. Every little small step you take in recovery takes out a huge emotional toll on you and to watch you push through that and try different things, challenging yourself, opening up on camera, giving advice to everyone that might be struggling the same, dealing with everyday life and editing everything. I so agree with you! I love hearing “it’s my first time having it....or....I haven’t had it in 5 years” because it is such a massive accomplishment to be eating things for the first time in 5 years or first time ever and people who have not been there can not have that appreciation of what an accomplishment it truly is! Having watched Elzani sincè her first video....and then panicking for the 8 or 10 months before her second video, I am sooooo proud of her!!!💕💗💓💖

Penny McDonald - I lost mine almost 2 yrs ago...I’m 40....it was by far the hardest thing I have been thru (harder than anorexia recovery). I love seeing others with their Dad’s and bringing myself to similar memories with my Dad! He was simply incredible !

Having fish in a round glass like that is not good for them because that way everything they see is distorted :( I don’t mean this in a hateful way, I made the same mistake when I got my first fish and now I have them in a square tank which is much nicer for them! It's just others being aware of how difficult recovery can be and how easy it is for someone to fall into quasi-recovery We want the best for her and are looking out for Elzani. Your suggestion that people are jealous of her recovery is honestly so insulting. Elzani is trying to inspire others, not spite them. Nobody ever recovered without pushing themselves!

Summing up, just so you know - QUASI RECOVERY is a thing... and i agree with the primar comment :-) p.s. eating more = more calories= more ENERGY to do the "yummy dances" + more BODY= MORE BODY= clearer mind + less of BODY DISMORPHIA= more into recovery= closer to FULL RECOVERY= getting your period back/ other FULL recovery symptoms = GETTING YOUR LIFE BACK. The End of recovery - well done= you are a survivor.
