As a Guy who trains MMA 2 years, I have done a boxing match against à friend who has done 2 years of boxing, I used to train like you on punching bag + drills/sparring at thé gym + shadow + Weight lifting. What made me loss was my muscle endurance/cardio, i can strike hard with good form since i worked on that, but once i got tired up i couldnt do it anymore. And the way you train won't prepare you for muscle endurance and cardio if you do a 5 rounds boxing match, so my advice would be to work on that and do long bag/shadow sessions without stopping once you get tired

I like the improvement you’ve had. You should work on changing from being flat footed to being on your toes. Having both is good. There’s times that being flat footed is good and times where being on your toes are good.

Stop jumping back after the same combo on the heavy bag ,move side to side stay in punching range following up with body shots etc …someone gonna time you coming in and out you got your chin straight up in the air you got tuck chin in bend knees pivot those shots , fighting upright all the time you’ll create unbreakable bad habits if you don’t fix them early .

@@ItzjackplaysI think you're best suited for outfighting. Barrage the opponent with quick punches that don't have KO power, but win with points and impeccable defense I just don't see the legs & fast-twitch muscles needed for agressive infighting, unless you only plan on doing amateur fights I'll see your progress next video and maybe i got some new advice
