You don't need fish oils, you need omegas. You can get vegan omega supplements and they do the same thing without the acne. I haven't had a single acne episode since I made the switch. 😁

Tell Mom to go for it. My older sister is her age and looks amazing. Just looks younger and healthy. Then she confessed -- has been doing the botox two or three times a year! A few shots in her forehead made a difference that was incredible. Bet Austin won't notice... he'll just think Mom looks REALLY good today. And the next time he sees her. And the next! At 50, we stop working towards bikinis and just try to look our best. GO FOR IT, beautiful Mrs. Adams! I need a face transplant.😉

As a healthy, non-acne inducing alternative, take hemp seeds or GROUND flax seeds everyday and sprinkle it on your dinner or something. They contain the omegas that are in fish oil, which should help your brain. OR, you can take an algea-based supplement for omega 3 if you don't want to eat your omega 3.
