Especially 7:41 to 7:57 This is breathtaking elegance! Thank you for including clips of your dancing! Did you say your little brother was taking classes at the Royal Ballet School? Is he a day student? He's so cute and seems to have a good sense of humour too! I haven't seen the whole video yet, but I wanted to leave a comment now because I have to go to an appointment. When you said you were feeling heebie-jeebies before traveling although you're excited about it, excitement can cause that feeling as well. Part of it too is that you remember your experiences from last year and how much easier it was when you had a fridge in your hotel room. There are so many unknowns when going on these tours, even though you're still in England, and you know exactly what to do when you're on stage. But those things one isn't thinking about like "I hope I can get enough sleep in a strange bed," and "I hope I can have porridge for breakfast" are probably somewhere in your head. And the extra unspokenness of "and what if I don't get enough sleep?" "and what if I don't get porridge? Will my stomach be able to handle something else or will that upset my dancing if it's difficult to digest or whatever?" It's totally normal to have thoughts like that and if you ask your friends and colleagues, I'm sure they're experiencing exactly the same thing. I bet even the ones who have been doing this for five years or more still feel that way. Remember that you know how to trust yourself! You've traveled quite a bit for RG in foreign countries (BUL and BLR iirc) which don't have much tourism from Western Europe/English-speaking countries, and you were able to handle everything even though you were quite a bit younger! You are practical and resourceful, you have friends you can rely on, and they can rely on you. You have a loving family who I'm sure you can call anytime day or night if there were an emergency. You've got this!! Best wishes to you, your family, friends, and colleagues including your physiotherapists and everyone!! 🙏😍🌺🧸🩰🪄✨

I know you live ice baths but a salt bath makes my muscles feel brand new the next day! So anytime I’m traveling I try to get a tub and bring a bag of salt..also use a bath bomb because it’s an extra bit of fun.
