Your videos are always so calming and your meals look so delicious! That homemade rhubarb jam looks really good and sounds even better on a yogurt bowl. I've never tried jam on yogurt before but need to asap. Always enjoy your content and can't wait to see more from you, also excited for your ebook. Congrats! :)

all look so good !! maybe i should try fried egg spinach like this cause it looks delicious aha + you should breakfast sandwich, it's sooo good !! mine is made with spread cheese, tomato and iceberg salad :)

I suggest you to soak the chia seeds in water before you put them on top of the yogurt :))

@@MathildeMaggie it's actually quite important as well, they're better digestible that way and their benefits don't even really work if you don't soak them :)

For books to recommend I would say the Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath is very worthwhile to read, but for something more light The Library by Bella Osbourne I liked alot, and the Cove by Alice Clark - PLats. thanks for all the neat inspo here, not sure if my country Scotland has wheat puffs? maybe we called them bitesize wheats, are they 100% wheat ? but i should maybe like to try chia seeds too

you seem like a very sweet girl, but deer you won’t have enough on for example low fat yogurt as in the first breakfast you showed. Your other videos made it clear to me that your struggling with an ed and, like you mentioned before, u are on a weight gain journey. In order to give your body all the nutrients and energy it needs, you gotta provide it of more food (so for example, your body could use full fat dairy a lot more - coming from a nutrition student ;) ) Don’t let the voice in your head win it from you. Sending you lots of love ❤
