This is great for upcoming back to school ! We are pretty much gluten free and dairy free now we are on a fodmap diet so we can't do the honeys or apples but I'm gonna make up some eggs and try the zucchini bread and do chocolate chip almond muffins instead ! Interesting way to do the eggs at the end !

Ezekiel bread is NOT gluten free by any means also traders Joes everything but the bagel seasoning is also not gluten free

It’s because a lot of people think gluten free just means “healthy” meanwhile they could be really hurting people with misleading title. CHANGE THE TITLE.

Technically, egg is not dairy, but many people consider it to be. I think it just depends on how you define it.

Rolled oats are not considered gluten free in all countries. As a coeliac, I personally wouldn’t touch them.
