If you're unsure of how to start your day or you're struggling to get your protein in, this video is for you! I take you through FIVE days of my breakfasts that I regularly have. All can be made in under 20 minutes. Full ingredients, macros & calories are below. Enjoy! Ells xx
Protein Porridge
492 kcal (59.3g C, 12.4g F, 33g P)
60g oats
water to cover
fresh berries
1 tsp biscoff spread
20g granola
1 scoop womens best fit pro whey in french vanilla
Biscoff & Banana Baked Oats
462 kcal (26g P, 64g C, 12g F)
10g biscoff spread
1/2 tsp baking powder
100ml water
1 scoop womens best fit pro whey in french vanilla
80g banana mashed
30g frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
40g oats
Chocolate Protein Pancakes
430 kcal (43.9g C, 12.2g F, 36.4g P)
30g oats
1 egg
1 scoop womens best fit pro whey in chocolate
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
100g banana
10g maple syrup
10g peanut butter
Breakfast Burrito
575 kcal (49.7g C, 26.5g F, 32.3g P)
1 wrap
2 eggs
1 low fat cheese slice
1 hash brown
1 pork sausage
Chorizo Scrambled Eggs & Potato Hash
355 kcal (30.7g C, 16.2g F, 19.3g P)
2 eggs
15g chorizo

loved this video:)! a question, if we use your recipes with the same ingredients but we have different brands of ingredients compared to urs (like maple syrup, peanut butter, sausages, the oats etc) then should we still use the macro numbers u already wrote down in the description or do we have to manually calculate our own?

No it’s just personal preference! I actually find if I start sweet it curbs my cravings

I need to try the breakfast burrito but no matter what I do, my wraps always break 😢 I warm them up, don’t warm them up, I don’t even fill them that much.

All your foods protein source mainly come from the whey protein bottle. Do you have any recipes where the protein comes only from the food?

Eggs, with cottage cheese (blended) avocado toast + protein Turkey/chicken sausage on sourdough toast w/side of fruit 😋 - chia pudding - smoothie w/ w/o protein powder - Greek yogurtyogurt - overnight oats These are a few I have on repeat 🔁
