I'm back with my fave kinda video!!! it's a full day of eating whilst trying to build muscle, particularly my glutes and get stronger. I know it can be hard to stay in a routine leading up to Christmas, but just put all of the extra calories to good use and have the best workouts! Biscoff protein shake (31g P, 58g C, 14g F - 478 kcal)
125ml milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
120g banana
15g biscoff spread
ice
1 scoop womens best vanilla whey
chicken & halloumi noodles (54g P, 44g C, 16g F)
150g chicken breast raw
100g egg noodles
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
100g stir fry veg
1 tsp garlic
50g low fat halloumi
