I'm back with my fave kinda video!!! it's a full day of eating whilst trying to build muscle, particularly my glutes and get stronger. I know it can be hard to stay in a routine leading up to Christmas, but just put all of the extra calories to good use and have the best workouts! Full ingredients to recipes are below! enjoy, Ells xxx
Biscoff protein shake (31g P, 58g C, 14g F - 478 kcal)
125ml milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
120g banana
15g biscoff spread
ice
1 scoop womens best vanilla whey
chicken & halloumi noodles (54g P, 44g C, 16g F)
150g chicken breast raw
100g egg noodles
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
100g stir fry veg
1 tsp garlic
50g low fat halloumi
toad in the hole (33g P, 40g C, 28g F - 534 kcal)
Serves 2
4 low fat pork sausages
4 rashers bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
170ml milk
2 eggs
thyme
140g PLAIN flour :)

Self raising flour is just plain flour with baking powder already mixed in which helps it rise. So the flour most likely is not why it’s flat. Maybe because the eggs weren’t whisked in, or because the batter wasn’t cold enough when it was added :)

I really need to gain weight but I just never have an appetite so find eating enough so hard let alone enough to gain weight any tips? Also my stomach is constantly feeling uncomfortable with bloating, trapped wind etc so eating is even less desirable and discouraging:)

Ahh it is hard. Try having smaller meals more regularly and try eat earlier in the day so that you have a bigger window of eating! Dont be afraid of having snacks and higher cal drinks too as these can help xxn

Dang I wish I could struggle with getting in 2400kcal. I struggle to get down to that! Some ppl say having high metabolism is great but reducing calories no matter what makes you hungry. 🥲
