I've never made polenta as a base. Such a neat idea. The last dish was almost like Pad Thai. I really enjoy your videos. Look forward to the next one! I'm not even vegan .

hmmm I actually don't "read" a lot of cookbooks but I think ottolenghis are great, I also like a house party in Tuscany and nistisima:) my main inspiration is probably seasonal produce and stuff on social media, but I want to start getting into cookbooks more
