Tempeh tacos (serves 2)
200g tempeh
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
Salt
1 tsp. Chipotle paste
1 tsp. Smoked tomato paste
1 tsp. Ancho chilli powder
1 tsp. Cumin seeds or powder
Olive oil
Handful fresh coriander
Cashew cheese sauce
1 cup cashews (soaked)
1/4 cup water (add more water if needed)
2 tsp. Nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Salt
1.5 tsp. lime juice
Pico de Gallo
200g cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion
handful coriander
1/2 tsp jalapeño
2 tbsp. lime juice
Salt
6 taco shells
Roasted aubergine & butter bean curry (serves 4)
Roasted aubergine:
1 aubergjne
1 tsp. Cumin powder
Salt
Olive oil
Curry:
400g butter beans
1 Red pepper
1 white onion
2 garlic cloves
Thumb ginger
salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp. cumin seeds or powder
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
4 cardamom pods
1.5 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. turmeric
10-12 fresh or dried curry leaves
1.5 tsp. tomato paste
400 ml coconut milk
Water (if needed)
Handful fresh coriander
Peanut, tahini tofu noodle salad serves 2
Noodles:
100g noodles of choice
200g red cabbage
2 medium carrots
1 red pepper
150g mange tout
2 spring onions
30g coriander
Crispy tofu:
300h Tofu
2 tbsp. Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
40g Corn flour
Peanut tahini chilli sauce:
1.5 tbsp. Peanut butter
2 tbsp. Tahini
2 tbsp. Tamari
1 tsp. Chilli sauce
1 tsp. Maple syrup
1 inch thumb Ginger
1 tsp. Rice mirin
1.5 tbsp. Lime juice
3 tbsp. Water (add more if needed)

I've been Vegan for 8 years now! When eating fully raw and whole food plant based meals I feel my best. I enjoy juicing a lot as well.

I’ve been watching the channel for 6 years, if not longer. My wife and I admire your work. I will order the ebooks and comment on the videos more often. I am adaptable in my eating style. Very much open to 70/30 plant-based to increase health and reduce fat, etc.

Vegan recipes are great sometimes. Especially with fish and grass fed meat being so expensive in the states right now. At times I just want a really good ol vegan meal. Keep it coming! Can't wait to try these this week!

Tish, I'm a lot like you, I eat a bit of everything trying to be balanced. Because I'm an under-control diabetic, I do eat less carbs (pasta, bread, rice, etc.) with moderate cheat days on occasion. (Heavy on plant based foods for carbs.) Still have to live, right? Loved your recipes, as usual; truly look forward to trying them all. Appreciate you, you inspire my food creativity❤❤❤

I’m plant based. High quality animal food is not easy to find and very expensive. Probably plants are just easier to get, cheaper and easier to combine together without too much digestive distress (I cannot mix carbs and animal protein I have a very sensitive stomach). So I hope more fully plant based meals to come.

Yes please more quickly vegan recipes. I’ll be trying tacos and butter bean stew. It’s so hot in Miami and I don’t wanna cook but I love a good coconut milk curry

These look delicious - I've only recently come across your channel but I really appreciate how even in your not plant based recipes, the dishes are very vegetable forward. And you're not just throwing in a bunch of veggies because they're healthy or whatever, but you consider what is going to enhance the dish, how everything will come together, and keep the dishes varied and diverse yet open to adaptation.

These all look so great! Yum!! Depends on the day for me! I eat everything, just not everyday. I love plant based, recipes with meat or fish. Love cheese. Sometimes I have a low carb day. Pretty much stay away from gluten. I also love nuts and nut butters. Pretty much all of your recipes are perfect for me. I love your bean and lentil recipes. I love how you use all those gorgeous veggies and colorful potatoes. And your jammy eggs! Yum!

Hi Tish! Your dishes look amazing as usual! I am gluten and dairy free so it’s easy for me to substitute items when needed. I bought all your ebooks and made the Almond Butter Granola! I had to stop myself from eating because I could’ve devoured the entire pan and I need some for breakfast for the week lol! I’m going to have it with your chia dish. Yum!

I really like that these recipes all had similar ingredients (red pepper, onion, chilis, tofu, cilantro). It would be super easy to try all of them in one week, and I definitely will! 🤤

Been watching your channel for awhile. Been on an UK kick (Music, shows) lately. Getting use to how we call foods and items so differently is so interesting and I'm catching on. i.e. Spring onion is Green onion for us in the States. Eggplant (Aubergine) name is new. Learning something new everyday. I've reduced my meat intake when the pandemic hit. Only consume meat during holidays approximately 3 holidays. Starting to eat tofu since I'm looking to increase my protein intake outside of just beans. This video was so helpful.

Can't wait to try the peanut tahini noodles. Also, I know what you mean about the onions. I just learned a hack that really works. If your eyes are burning, open the freezer and stick your face in the freezer door. It take all the burning/crying away! I know it sounds crazy but I tried it and it really did work!

i'd say i'm a veggimeatarian🥩🍅🥦 , I love vegetarian meals served with grilled meat if i get a craving but 80% of my week i'd say i eat vegetarian . Your recipes are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing, i'm inspired by all the flavours, colors and textures.

The aubergine dish is legitt. Both the 1st & 2nd dish relates to me so well as a (south east) asian, we make a variation of that dish in a slightly different way but the way she cooked it & the sequence tells me she knows what she’s doing. The finished meals all looks amazing

I would always love to see more vegan recipes!! I consider myself to be a whole foods diet and like to eat plant based a lot of the time, but dont restrict myself. I just love tofu so much, and sometimes chicken/meat can give me the ick so its always my fall back protein ❤

Tish, I am 98-99% vegan. I only am not 100% because I love wine and not all the wine I drink is vegan. I've been following you since you were vegan and continued after you became more flexible with your diet. I'm a live and let live type of person and don't really care about labels or about how people chooser to eat their food. I first went vegan in the mid 1990s and after six months I was craving, of all things, salmon skin sushi, so I started eating that and then later incorporated more chicken and some fish into my diet. The second time I went vegan was in 2016 at my doctor's suggestion and I've been at it ever since. Okay, having said that your peanut tofu salad is giving me ideas!! I too love crispy tofu and have some in my fridge right now. I just made some homemade peanut butter and have plenty of noodles and other ingredients (except the snap peas unfortunately) so this will definitely be in rotation soon. Regarding snap peas, I grow my own in my garden, usually in the spring here in California. But I was late this year, and then the ones I planted got eaten up by the rats. Darn!!! Whatever type of recipes you post, is what I will watch so I have no preference.

If you can find the time can you please share some recipes for people with autoimmune diseases, I'm in the process of healing from lupus and currently can't have Peppers garlic onion 😢 and I miss it. However I'm thankful that I'm regaining my health and strength🙌🙌🙌 have an amazing summer❤

I would call my meals “plant forward” but I do occasionally enjoy seafood and chicken. I am looking forward to trying the noodle dish. It looks so delicious! The mange tout are actually called snow peas 🫛 in the US as they are younger and more flat vs. sugar snap peas which are more mature and fuller/rounder. Both are tasty!

Omg.. Its only seconds into the video I'm already to 🏃‍♀to the store especially when I saw 🌮 I been wanting some 🌮for a few days now. I love all your videos. I'm plant based and recently added more raw foods, but my family is not. Everything looks so delicious. Although I hate to put labels on what I eat I was plant based vegan for over 2 years. I have just recently started eating a bit of chicken and seafood sparingly. I would like to say my diet is plant forward. I don’t think anything is bad like you say you have to nourish your body with what u think is best at the time. I love that! I absolutely love love love all your videos and you inspire me every time I watch them! Thank u for all your content!❤

Hi Tish.. great video! Just wanted to give you a little tip..if you place a damp dish towel under your cutting board, it will hold still for you and your fingers will be safer!

Hi Tish, have you ever tried keeping your ginger in the freezer? It's much easier to grate that way! Also, 18 years as a vegetarian here, I love all your videos, because even if there is meat, the 'sides' look amazing.

I eat plantbased keto. Not too strict keto( I do eat potatoes etc) but for sure no sugar and processed food. Always love your recipe’s which I sometimes adjust to my diet. Thanks again!!❤

I m 68 and still learning, after my booster shot "C word", my body has become allergic to food that I have been eating all my life... e.g Soy, wheat, tomato, dairy ... I don't eat eggs, chicken or beef though. Am seriously going vegan... I find your posts inspiring. Thanks

I'm trying to be more plant based and limited meat and dairy. I don't omit them fully, especially with my meat loving hubby 😂 ... But going strong with excluding those groups for most my meals. I'm doing it for health reasons, especially for controlling cholesterol. I can't wait to try these recipes!
