Absolutely amazing. Absolutely. Wow. God is so wise. Hallelujah.

I respect that TFL doesn't wuss out and keeps their comments section open on youtube unlike many other ministry channels.

L.A.R.P. I believe those who keep comments closed is to prevent discord among the brethren . If left open you get so many haters and arguments from unbelievers and false believers that it becomes the devil's play ground. I would guess the channels decided you will either accept what they are teaching or you won't. That way the arguing and meannes doesn't make people walk away and forget what they were taught but only remember the discord.

Mary Wylde I'm sure you are right and your point is well taken. I just think closing the comment section is a missed opportunity for regular discussion as well. Many people who watch sermons online may not have a church they attend or people they can discuss the topics or scriptures with, and while I know comment sections can be a minefield, they can also be a place where godly people exchange ideas and sharpen understanding.

L.A.R.P. Thank you for your answer. I am one of those people. I don't have a church home nor church family. It can be very difficult. It would be nice to have a Christian sister to talk to . But so many open comment sections are so contentious it's not a good atmosphere to discuss things in. I pray for church family who truly do love each other. How good it would be to find one or more Christians who are mature enough to discuss harder issues and admonish and exort each other as well as to have baby Christians to help.

Mary Wylde I pray you're able to find people near you to meet with, or a Christ-centered, Bible-believing church to join if you're interested😊 I do understand they can be difficult to find. One of my daughters has low functioning autism and trying to find a church or people to partner with in shepherding her has been incredibly difficult and there were chunks of time when we felt like giving up. God has been good to us during this rough time, though, and I know we'll figure it out with His leading.

Just read the interaction between you both - I too am searching for Christian fellowship. It is so sad and disturbing the amount of times I am reading about this in the YT comment section! I told my husband last Sunday after church "you know, I call up an unbeliever and within a fifteen minute conversation I get an invite to meet for coffee or lunch that week - I've been attending this church for years and not once has there been any interest on anyone's part to get together with me." They seem to think having a 15-20 minute conversation (about anything but God) before the service, and a ten minute conversation in the foyer after the service constitutes "fellowship". This is why I love these forums - it gives me an opportunity to share. As for those who are contentious - they're the mission field.

This is so powerful to my situation. I have surrendered the headship of my marriage to my wife who is so much stronger than I am. How do I regain the headship of my home now?
