Great recap, you have done so much in year. Love your videos and explanations. Didn't realise Jessie was blind. We have an elderly blind cat who lost her sight as a result of detached retinas caused by high blood pressure. Like Jessie she is still active and happy and like Jessie very vocal, more so than when she could see. Maybe the loud shouting is a consequence of the blindness - she shouts to let you know she is there and seems to want reassurance you are there. Happy New Year, hope Sharon can get back to you soon.

Great video. Could you let me know what solar inverter do you have, how many solar panels and battery do you use and what appliances you run with solar only?. Thanks.

Thanks. We have a Growatt 5kW inverter with 4.2kW (12 x 350w) solar panels mated to a 5.12kWh battery. We run 2 fridge / freezers, lights, computers, water pump etc 24 hours and only use major appliances (washing machine, electric heaters and water heater when required etc) directly from the solar during the day. We average around 12kWh a day in the winter and 7kWh a day in the summer as no heating is required. Hope that helps
