I'm from the Netherlands and for the last 9 months or so i've been checking youtube time after time again just so see his segments. And they almost always bring joyful tears to my eyes. It's always a positive reminder that not everything worth reporting on is a bad thing. And that there always will be people out there looking out for eachother. But maybe most importantly for me, it takes us out of this constant revolving door of aggression and politics. Everything nowadays has to be something political in order to serve someone. But not Steve! He just wants to show us there is still humanity within people. I know god bless is a commom phrase in the US. And even though i'm not religious at all; god bless the people who take the time to read this and please let's just be kind in these (what is for most people) a difficult time. ❤✌

Suffering from Depression and Loneliness for decades, no job for several years, no feel of self worth, no self esteem, feeling empty and dead inside. Besides that : These stories here are perfect to warm your heart. I am not religious at all, call myself and Atheist, but Ruby i call an Angel on Earth. Same goes with the Bus Driver. And so on. Steve Hartman meets alot of remarkable and wonderful human beings in his Job.

There needs to be a Ruby in every nursing home in our country. My Dad would have asked for Beenie Weenies instead of Vienna Sausages, Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate & Jimmy Dean Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuits. Before the nursing home i would make him his biscuit & hot coco for breakfast. It's strange that I just found this video. My sweet Daddy died this morning at 6:45am.

SeaMe I taught at the university level in the 1960s and know I made a difference in some of my students’ lives. I left classroom teaching to found an educational tourism corporation that allowed me to educate my own children ( two with J.D.s and one with an M.B.A.) and allowed me and my family to travel the world. We need to pay our teachers more because so many leave teaching for the corporate world .

The reason I love ALL OF YOUR STORIES, is the love in your heart for finding them and sharing them with a world so badly in need of them. I love you, Mr. Hartman.
