Tashinta does not have a COMBO mechanism that can decisively address this problem such the ones you find New Zealand, Namibia, Lesotho. Tashinta has a good Social Behavioral Campaign and counselling part of the programme but has no private and NGO linkages as the ones you find in Namibia or Lesotho whereby, former sex workers are linked to say to Agro dealers that supply seed, fertilizers, weed killers, treadle pumps, or the private sector that supply sewing machines, flour, carpets etc where these people intern and work for capital in terms of equipments such as sewing machines, gas stoves, flour, seed, fertilizers etc and are linked to well established Lead Farmers, for those going to agriculture as interns. This makes them acquire skills as Follower Farmers from their Lead Farmer and after awhile, they are able to stand on their two feet. You just don't away people from their 'INCOME' and convince yourself that the behavioral messages will work. It is a combination of things as the New Zealand, Namibia and Lesotho model has demonstrated.

I missed this interesting program Madam Dora you are doing a commendable job how I the Government of Zambia can consider these people by giving them something small from the social cash transfer for them to start something small and after that, whoever is going to be found parading in the streets must be arrested and sent to jail. This is a Christian Nation.

To be honest i suggest they stop completely it's better they become maids ,that story sister janet said that the old man didn't want sex with condom, sometimes it's not like he wants to make her contract HIV or STIs ,at times they are ritualists and once they sleep with you it means they have sacrificed you , so my advice it to stop that business
