Ha ha ha that's great!! I don't think want to see more than 6500rpm It's a daily so would like to keep it as reliable as possible. that's awesome I'm sure the car is hauling good and proper! you must upload some new videos when you get the time!

Hi! Car still going strong? Doing a K04 upgrade to my 1.8tsi with the same engine code(just a Quattro) soon. Installing forged rods atm and iam looking to push maybe 300-320hp and around 420-450nm. Would the car be driveable with no new software or would it hit overboost all the time? Reason for asking is because i want to give the fresh new rods a bit of run in time before dyno-tuning the car. Looks like your car is a lot of fun!

Ole-Christian Alfsen yep but I have low mileage so ...... running 2.0 overboost and 1.35 at the limiter now with 2.0 gti vi injectors.

Dikonou and still on stock internals? Iam at about 86.000km so not too high milage i guess

Yeap stock internals but i have a boost contoller installed......dailly mode is 1.75 with 1.25 limiter.....2.0 and 1.35 is for ''competitive'' situations.........

Hi there, Is this video run with stock internals? If so do you know at what boost its running? Reason for my question is i have a 1.8tsi CDA and i am thinking of doing ko4 upgrade but not sure if the rods will handle the torque? Current mod list is 76mmDP, CTS intake, CTS Turbo inlet pipe, R8 coils, stg2 sw. Thank you

Tony Pereira Yes stock internals.....and the boost is controled with greddy profec oled. I have 1.7 overboost and 1.25 at 7000 depending on enviromental temperature with small differences at absolute pressure numbers. current torque is 480Nm. BUT my clutch came from factory with 240mm diameter for clutch and dual mass flywheel ( KXD the code for the gearbox ) so it can handle a lot more abuse than the 228mm clutch Fell free to ask for anything.

+Dikonou Thats great, Thanks so much for the information i really appreciate it. I now have uprated copper clutch and ko4 is installed. Waiting for revised map as vehicle goes into limp picking up overboost error. Once i receive revised file i think ill make a video. Is there anything you have done new on the vehicle or do you still own it?

I have installed injectors from golf gti vi since I had missfires from 6500 with high boost setting....1.29 at 6600 or higher. Now with new injector and mapping no problem. I see 1.45 at 6800 and no miss
