Just bought the astro a50s fourth gen yesterday. Best headphones I ever owned. They are so comfortable and the sound is amazing. I got a question. On my old headset, a turtlebeach I could installed a app on my phone so I could manage all the sounds. Why don't you guys have a app?

Being an owner of the last generation the one thing that let the product down was the wireless range and the way the audio cut out. Whilst I loved the audio quality and feel of the last astro not being even able to walk to make a drink without losing chat was a big let down. Has this been addressed in the latest generation?

headset volume is lower than gen 3 and you have to unplug then plug back in to power back on sent mine back unacceptable

You need to fix the damn issue with volume being so darn low! I’ve even setup the equalizer like my previous A50 Gen 3 and still garbage audio! Truly disappointed. Get an update ASAP or you guys will definitely be loosing customers smh

The shittiest charging setup I have ever seen. If you don’t get it on the base station just right it seems to drain your battery. I stopped using it and just used the micro usb instead.

This headset is so trash. it randomly stops working because the headset randomly goes back to the old firmware and then the base and headset can't connect to each other. And when you connect it to the command center the command center automatically forces you to update the base when the base is already updated. And the annoying part is that the base update is a pop up that you cannot cancel so you can't manually update the headset only.
