Excellent video. You sound very genuine and interested to share your experiences and help others and the results speak for themselves. Your presentation is to the point and filled with substance without extra talk that I see in many other videos. One minor suggestion - if you speak a little slowly we can follow more easily. And the vegetarian recipes are awesome and bust the myth that meat protein is needed to build muscle. Keep up the good work and you will be very successful as a health and nutritional influencer.

Awesome work brother. Just wanted to state a few facts- 1) soya chunks have 53g protein per 100g. But the body does not absorb it fully/ bioavailability is not 100%, its 74% to be precise. So actually your getting 35g protein in your system, not 53. 2) moong dal has 22g protein per 100g. But again, it's bioavailability is 70-80% which brings it down to 16g protein on average. PS, coverting moong into a recipe like chila further reduces the nutritional value due to such extreme cooking. 3) not everyone can afford to derive 50g of protein from whey, nothing wrong from your side here, just saying. 4) Your meals, according to you provided 172.5g(which you showcased as 180g for views)of protein in the whole day, but considering everything that I said here which is biologically true, the actual protein content is around 95g + 50g from whey, total 145g, not 180. I just want you to understand that just going over the internet and seeing how much protein you get from foods isn't enough. There are various other factors for eg- bioavailability, feasibility, method of cooking. Other than this, salute to your hard work on having such an incredible transformation. You were consistent throughout the time and chose to do something with what you know, not many people can do that. On the path of being perfectionists with food people forget basic things like discipline and hard work, which you didn't and I have deep respect for that. Keep going brother. We are all going to make it one day ✌🏻

Don't soak them overnight. Soaking for around 15-20 mins in salt water is sufficient. I'm eating them uncooked and had no problems till now

Soya vadi ki ek problem hai ki uska texture dry hota hai or karke restaurants me soya usually fry karte hai but if you dont want that excess oil toh usme thoda dahi daal sakte ho or agar pakate samaye dahi ka fatna pasand nahi toh one can add a little peanut or cashew paste.

soya chunks are not suggested for guys. they have high amounts of estrogen. which can result in gynaecomastia.

That would be if you consume more than 1kg/ day...which is obviously not possible. Males also have estrogen receptors. So eating 100 to 200 grams daily would do no harm. Yes excess of anything is harmful.👍👍
