Ingredients
- 5 mangoes
- 5 to 6 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp of ginger powder
Method
- Squeeze the mango and take out the pulp of it with your hands
- Add sugar and mix well with hand blender
- Add a pinch of salt and sonth/ ginger powder
- Garnish it with mango cubes
Mango Pulp is ready to be served!

Incorrect way of extracting pulp. What if the mango is not good and rotten in some parts inside? Best way to extract pulp is to cut the mango, then use a spoon and knife to extract pulp.

Great Recipie. I have enjoyed it since last 3 decades. One suggestion though : Best aamras is made using hands and not blender. Fine puree is not expected but small lumps gives more texture to Aamras. Keep it up mam, you are the best. Congratulations on 1 million Subscribers and More to Come.
