Maam, That was an amazing aapam with coconut milk & stew. It reminds me of my mother. She too made yummy appam. I haven’t made appam in ages but after seeing your video, I want to make it asap. I found the coconut milk you made interesting cos we use sugar but you made a syrup with jaggery & then added the coconut milk. Anyway thank you for your lovely recipe.

What a coincidence Mami..I too made Aapam for New year breakfast but my recipe is a little different though.. Also I tried adding veggies instead of making stew.. so that kids get to eat veggies that way.. Happy New year to you and your family
