It makes the most sense it's a system he's familiar with and Garret Wilson is a great receiver on a losing team but now he's getting humbled because now they're competing and he's getting double covered, he's not Justin Jefferson.

Adams hasn't had a QB with a big arm in Vegas. He can win with a good QB but at age 32 he's probably best served with Rodgers or even Carr.

The Jets could have Jesús and Joseph as their two main receivers and it still would not solve the problem with the line. Devonte Adams is great but do is Garret Wilson and having Devonte and Garret in will not keep Aaron from getting mauled.
