Respect for speaking out the truth. Not many people know, only top 20% are making good enough money, and only the top 3-5% are making serious money. Not forgetting the agencies are recognizing & giving awards based on transactions (gross revenue), not net profit. We see so many agents spending so much on marketing & adv but getting limited results. Recently, I was being "interviewed" by a new RES wannabe, my overly truthful opinion about the industry scare her back into reality lol

Yea net profit, take awards doesn't mean net profit is high. Marketing cost? To me awards is not everything. Net profit that you bring home to your family is everything.

New cooling measure kill agents living as foreigner is dead n Sg need to pay 20% ABSD for 2nd property. I am lucky own hdb n few condo to collect rental. During my early day as no license agent 40 yrs ago, putting deposit n do sub sales is so easy to make money. My mentor is a old lady do not understand English but still can do selling n renting. It is really a wonderful life as agent in olden day in compare td agent 😭😭😭😭😭

Whatever it is. I believe thats life. Just like commando training, u have to accomplished the mission and stay alive. Nothing is easy in life, you have to fight for it even if it bend your knees. Even u sit at the toilet to collect 10cents entrance fee ia not easy job too though u are sitting down just collecting money. U need to have a primary and secondary objective to complete the mission. Lay down the strategems of Sunzu, look at the topo maps and prepare a sweet tongue. Go get it...🎉

Hi Aaron, I hope you are well! Great video, I have been watching you for a little while now. I recently joined the real estate industry in January this year working for Foxtons in london. I am travelling to Singapore for 2 weeks on the 18th of this month with my girlfriend who is Singaporean. I would love to be able to move to Singapore to live and work with her one day and was wondering if it could be possible to meet up with you to discuss the exam and what job prospects could be like for a foreigner in the property industry?
