remember to make sure your xbox pass is active and using the correct account. Sometimes card errors can occur so your gamerpass might not be renewed (if its on auto- if not you probably forgot to get pass after updating) that one happened to me so I bought the silly vault pack. Hopefully helps

This is late asf, I just realized this also?M, you have to renew the Ultimate Gamepass, and then make sure you’re playing on that account only. No other account will work without gamespass activated on it
