If you guys want to know about the equipment information of Northeast Regional Train #A137, feel free to check out my Volume 1 video from Trenton Transit Center.
Alright, y'all, while the previous volume was focused primarily on New Jersey Transit trains, this particular volume's main basis is Amtrak trains, which I was happy enough to not only see, but record as well. While two of the three Keystone trains had the Ex-Metroliner cab cars trailing, lucky enough, Train #A656 had #9641 leading with a stellar brass bell. Definitely provides a vintage feel on or off board.
While I am not a huge fan of electric trains, other than their speed, listening to the ACS-64 locomotives accelerate after a complete stop will never bore me. Absolutely cool.
When it comes to New Jersey Transit trains bypassing this station via the express tracks which are used primarily by Amtrak, those are deadheads from trains terminating at Jersey Avenue since they are not returning to service for the rest of the day. It turns out that CSX GP40-2 #6217 is Conrail MO-33, which is a daily move that runs lite east of Trenton Transit Center to pick up cars and return to Morrisville, Pennsylvania. It was pretty neat seeing #6217, not only because it is a Geep, but because I do not always see diesel equipment, let alone freight on the Northeast Corridor.
Shoutout to the engineer on Train #A136 at the @26:02 mark for saying hello and the horn toots as he departed the station. I definitely appreciate the friendliness, if you happen to see this video.
If I happen to misidentify the deadheads traveling west to Morrisville Yard (the Arrow III set and the Multilevel set with #7014 leading and ALP-46 #4620 shoving.
With that being said, the video speaks for itself, so I will leave it at that. If you guys enjoyed the video, feel free to drop a like, comment, subscribe, share the video with everyone, and I will see you all on the next one! :D
