Well, guys, since I took Train #3949 to Trenton Transit Center, it only makes sense for me to make it worth the while by filming for a couple hours, right? Also, I never really focused on recording trains alongside the Northeast Corridor since I started filming New Jersey Transit since 2018. I also wanted to focus more on recording the Amtrak trains, especially the Acela and Keystone trains. SEPTA is not something worthy of being focused on, but I was still interested in exploring it.
Honestly, y'all, in @15:40, I didn't even realize that there was a Comet IV Cab Car on the ALP-46A #4629 set. Usually, those cab cars are attached directly to the locomotive; however, it was two cars behind the locomotive. Furthermore, in addition to Cab Car #5020, #5011's windows are boarded shut, headlights have been removed, and its horn and bell are gone as well. I'm not sure how many other Comet IV Cab Cars this has happened to.
With the Northeast Corridor being a high-traffic area during rush hours and Trenton being a terminal station for a large chunk of the NJT trains, one can easily bang out recording trains here within 2 hours, which is pretty neat if you're not looking to hang around all day.
Another note: the Budd Amfleet I/II trailer cars and ex-Metroliner Cab Cars as well as the Alstom Acela Trainsets are on borrowed time, so be sure to film as much as you can before they are retired.
With that being said, the video pretty much speaks for itself, so I will leave it at that. If you guys enjoyed the video, please feel free to drop a like, comment, subscribe, share the video with everyone you know, and I will see you all on the next one! :D
