I made it today in oven with 250 C for 25 minutes. It came out very well. It was spongy. But i didn't use powdered sugar, so my sugar level was kind of low of the cake. Other than that, it was good. Thank you for your recipe. And for best banana cake, we should use butter instead of oil because butter gives a different and classy texture and taste to the cake.

Today is my mum's birthday, so I decided to make this for her. It turned out excellent! The cake was super fluffy, moist & delicious. The only additions I made are, I added 1/4th cup extra powdered sugar (got a sweet tooth) and chopped walnuts. Excellent recipe. Cant believe banana cake can turn out to be so delicious without egg or oven. Thanks :)
